How To Get Help
Contact an American Job Center and say you are interested in WIOA.
You are required to participate in a WIOA orientation and eligibility meeting. Eligible adults are those with low incomes who lack job skills currently in demand, or those classified as “dislocated workers” – individuals who have been laid off or received a layoff notice due to the prevailing economic conditions (not due to personal reasons) and require skills that are presently sought after.
